It's been answered
I believe several people gave you several answers responding to your question! I noticed you posted on the neighborhood website which means you have a computer, internet and typing skills, the web-sites are public, anyone can access them, if you truly want to be informed you will access them. If you need $10 a month, I will give it to, rather than risk my health, quality of life and property values!

Actually no it wasn't
Thanks for the offer but I don't need your $10 a month.
The question was first brought up to see just how well the Association is looking out for ALL our residents. The first gas lease stated that all residents would get 100% of the bonus checks regardless of whether you owned 50% or 100% of your mineral rights. The new lease mentions nothing of this. (And for the record I care nothing about the money. I have more health issues than I would wish on my worst enemy.) At this time I don't plan on signing but I do feel that my neighbors that wish to should get their fair share.
I find it very unsettling that we are being asked to sign this lease without another resident meeting first. It seems that all the Gas Committee cared about was the $400,000 wall. I have not seen one post from them answering questions except for the repeated post of the form letter we received in the mail.
