Why is the assumption that we are going to sign anything? We as a community decided not to sign before, why would a few dollars sway our opinions now? NO ONE is required to sign anything, in fact the general overtone of the meetings has been why not to, not why to. Screw the fence on Trinity!

Good Gas
I think I'll take the 10,000 per acre and a half million dollar wall. The comunity agreed to WAIT until we got a better deal and then sign. You are right, no one is REQUIRED to sign. But then, they will not HAVE to give you any money. I'll take the cash, thank you very much.

Signing the lease
You are correct. We are not required to sign up. No offense but I don't see any reason not to make a few bucks and benefit from the natural resources lying underneath our property.
The fence on Trinity is great but I plan to sign for the $$. My question to you is why not?

Money Talks
Screw the fence on Trinity!
I think a vehicle already tried that and look what happened.
Seriously, I don't think you are going to be forced to sign anything and that is certainly your right, but I will be happy to get $1000 for the gas under my lot and I think quite a few other folks are going to agree.
