This is why I wanted to get more people involved! I felt like things were just being said they were getting done when it seemed like they weren't. The more people who start asking questions the better the community will be.

I know from the last meeting I went to that people who are renting their townhomes out to renters and who have not been paying their HOA, the rent money goes directly to the HOA instead of the owner for late fines.

As far as what is happening to the people who live at the property but still don't pay their HOA, I'm not sure about the liens. Lee Polk would be the one to ask. Share your info when you get it so we are all aware of what's going on.

Thanks,

Heather

We'd get alot more attendence at the meetings if they were held at a time when us WORKING people could attend.....say maybe not in the middle of the day !!!!!!!

Yes, it's a nice time for the people who come in from out of town (as I believe I was told) who have to run the meeting - - but they are not the ones paying quarterly to get things taken care of, are they ? Do they "work" for us, or  are we "working" for them ???

Yell

I wanted to let everyone know that Lee Polk refuses to answer any questions of any kind to a non homeowner.  She could have at least shot me down nicely, but found it necessary to be rude about it instead.  As you may know I am a prospective buyer in the neighborhood and need information on the status of the HOA, how its being run, financial stability, etc.  Without this information its just too risky for me to buy in the neighborhood.  So not only is the HOA not servicing the needs of the people living there, they are also conpletely ignoring potential homebuyers that that have the abilty and willingness to pay thier HOA dues unlike the homeowner I am buying the house from.

If anyone has any information on the status of the HOA, please call me at 310-490-4495.  If I ever can get some info, I will probably buy a house there and will be first in line to kick the management of the HOA to the curb.

Thanks - Randy
