What are the regulations on satellite dishes?

i) Antennae and Other Devices. Unless prior written approval has been obtained from Developer or the ARB, as applicable, no exterior radio or television antenna, satellite dish or other receiving or transmitting device, antenna, aerial, solar panel or other solar collector, windmill, or any similar exterior structure or apparatus may be erected or maintained anywhere within the Property unless specifically approved by the ARB or Developer. In considering, whether to approve such devices, the ARB shall consider size of the device and whether it is visible from other Lots or any road.

Just curious as it seems that there is little follow up by our homeowner association to maintain these standards. 

 Another question is in regards to vehicles, boats, RV's. jet skis, etc and wheter or not we are allowed to park these items on our driveways.  And if not who is responsible for enforcinig the standards? 

(h) Parking all vehicles shall be parked and stored within the garages. No boats, commercial vehicles, trailers or recreational vehicles may be stored or parked within the Property except wholly within a closed garage. Only automobiles bearing current license and registration tags, as required pursuant to state law, shall be permitted to be parked on any of the Property, unless within the garage. All parking within the Property shall be in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the association.
