Volunteer & make a difference.

Actually, I have volunteered and tried to make a difference.  I served on the BOD and wish to reiterate my earlier statement that I believe our management company should be a local company, conversant with our neighborhood, and responsive to our needs.   

I agree that we need a local management company WITH EXPERIENCE, local maintenace contacts, and access to a San Antonio real estate attorney.  Of course, when we had these we weren't happy.
