The ACC did not receive a request for this construction. I'll call the owners tonight. Thanks for the heads-up. |

Please keep us updated on this, the appearance of that building is really an intrusion of his neighbors space, property values on the street and generally needs to be removed, probably didn't have a city permit either. |

What does our covenants say about storage unit/accessory buildings? heights? setbacks and locations on existing lots? If they did not submit an ACC request and the association was notified, why did the continue construction? Does this open the door for other residence to do the same? If one person is allowed to build, then it means others should be able as well. We can not pick and choose who can do what and who can not. |
