Thanks for your reply,
I had the opportunity to speak with the Property Supervisor of Wildwood Management Group and at first she claimed to have no knowledge of any complaints on 3610 Lake Sunset but as we were speaking suddenly received an e-mail from a concerned neighbor stating that 4 SAPD units were called to this house last night and that 10-15 teens were arrested. She did not have all the details at that moment but that may be why the door had a panel missing. I also spoke with the Property Supervisor in detail about Towne Lake HOA guidelines/covenants. Although I have not purchased the right to view these documents, which I think is obsured for a person who wants to know what their getting into prior to getting into it, she informed me that there are know regulations in place for Property Owners who decide to rent their properties out. The house on 3610 Lake Sunset Court is not a foreclosure it's a rental. What it comes down to is that it is obvious to me that the covenants need to be reviewed and revised to not only protect the subdivision from issues like these but to protect the investment of current home owners and potentially new home buyers like me. I will be stopping by later on this afternoon to hopefully speak to some of you and get a better read on the neighborhood, I really appreciate your reply and concern for your neighbors.
