I was thinking about buying a house in this gated community, but found out that the old residence of 3610 Lake Sunset got a new mortgage and loan to refinance their old house. After reviewing the past complaints and thinking of property values I have changed my decision.  Just a FYI for future buyers.  

My dog would have loved the lake.

Hello, neighbors this is still the owner of the house at 3610 Lake Sunset Ct. My son was over at the house today to take care of weed eating and mowing the grass. Even though we moved out the house is still mine. FYI the mortgage co is in the process of doing a refinance for us and we might be moving back into the house. Thanks for continuing to be noisey neighbors. If, you see my husbands car 83 Thunderbird or my 07 dodge caliber is just us. Both cars are red. So, enjoy your piece and quiet while were gone.

Why do you want to live somewhere that your not welcome? Are you and your family masochistic?  Trying to make a statement for you inadequate social skills? Or just trying to be to cute because you think the rule of reasonable behavior don't apply to you!  Well be notified that if you do move back here , the eyes, ears and soul of this community will be listening! If thats a turn on for your kind, so be it, but be assured that any wrong ,unruly or antisocial behavior will be challanged.  Welcome Home!

Wow I had sort of hoped you guys drove off a cliff or had a tragic accident of some kind.
