You forgot to mention that the dues will be QUARTERLY instead of monthly. Not sure whos bright idea this was or why, but some people have a tough time paying the monthly ones. Now you want a larger amount three times a yr. Good luck with that!

I have my payments for dues set up with  my bank.  I am still going to send them in monthly.  This way they can still have the funds to put a notice about the trashcans that the City provided not the HOA saying (trashcans need to be out of sight).  Looks like no more certified letters.  HA HA.

I can recall a few months back the HOA voted not to have RV, boats, trailers and the like on any-ones property more than 24 hours before they had to be removed. Now we see a previous board member with an RV parked in the drive way and for an extended period of time.

interesting the HOA wants to charge to have homeowners park their junk in our property now. What ever happened to those HOA board members that were concerned with our property values being lowered.
