If you see something you don't like, contact the management company and ask to speak to the Property Manager or Homeowner Advocate. Your assessments pay for their services. There are channels to voice your opinions & concerns, some more effective than others. Your HOA is a democracy. Most of the posts on this discussion board only have a portion of the facts & are often an emotional rant.
