Towne Lake Garden Association

Does anyone have an update on the aerators in the lake?  Neither of them are working today, what gives.

Most of the Summer this post has been not answered....

It would be not just courteous, but rather a responsibility for an answer.

They can't afford to send letters unless they are certified mail.  I think they are over their limit on how many they can send out about the aerators because of all of the trashcans notifications. sent.

I talked to the management company a while back and they said that they had to order the aerators (I think from out of state) and they didn't know when they would be in.  Does anyone remember the lake having a 3rd fountain.  I know that when my mother bought her house 11 years ago, there was one straight out from her back gate and I can see what looks like a shiny ring in the water where it would have been.  I asked the management office to check it out when they are out there in a boat fixing the other fountains, but I don't know if they will remember.
