Towne South Estates Addition
TSEA is a neighborhood of 100 households in the Mehlville/Concord area near the southern border of St. Louis County Missouri. We are fortunate to live within walking distance of Suson Park, the St. Louis County Swimming pool/rink complex and the Quail Creek Golf Course. St. Anthony's Medical Center is just a mile away. Our children attend school in the Mehlville School District.
