What is that?

At Phase 2 gates...there is a community fence....that a new neighbor has lined up and attached lattice....as if it looks good, or as if the fence is a private one....ummm....well, in my opinion, it looks horrible.

Is this an CCHOA restriction issue?

Bad by day, worse by night

What was a classy entry, now looks like the entrance to a mobile home park.

Bad fence design to start with

I'm not sure the original fence design was very smart to begin with. I always wondered why the rock was wasn't continued to the gates, myself. Living next to either of the gates is not very private to start with, then there is the noise and headlights cutting through your house. I also think the Magnolia tree looks out of place.

We definately need to update the ''approved'' plan list. Anyone got a copy of it. I'd love to post it here on the web site.
Bad builder planning

You have to wonder why the Builder (Hammonds) would build a home with the courtyard facing the gate. Just another action that shows that the builders don't give a damn. The homeowner knew the short fence was there and should have required Hammonds to put in some mature plants to offer them some privacy.
As to the Magnolia tree. Will our HOA be required to do the extra work that will be required? After a few years those trees drop leaves 300 days a year.
