Circle C Seeks Talented Residents.

A brand new Circle C Committee is now being formed. An Ad Hoc Internal Operation Audit Committee has been empowered to review all operations and financials of the CCHOA with the objective of finding ways to reduce cost and to reduce any exposure to losses, waste, or abuse.

Bill Gammon has been appointed chair of this committee. We seek residents with the following backgrounds and anyone else who would like to serve our community:

Bookkeeper
Accountant
Business Manager
Property Management

SO, tell me what you mean by ''Ad Hoc'' in this context. Is this committee sanctioned by the HOA board?

Since you are the coordinator and I have not been in the backend of Parkwest website in months, you would be the only one who could have deleted it, or you must not have posted it correctly.

''Bill Gammon has been appointed chair of this committee.'' Appointed would mean by the CCHOA board (2 resident board members to be exact - Steve Bartlett (non resident) was not there for the meeting).

Ad Hoc in this case means ''for this specific purpose''.

Clandestine meetings?

Oh, I am sure they are not that, but it would be nice if you would post more detailed information about any and all meetings you attend with the Circle C HOA board.

I wonder why you didn't talk about this before. Of course, I would not assume you are trying to be a power broker behind the scenes. You wouldn't do that. You have stated that you are for free and open communications and that is the main purpose of the discussion group.

If you had simply told us this to begin with, we would have been satisfied. Given the past animosity between you, Bill and the current HOA board, I could not assume you were working with them.

Yes, it is a good suggestion. Give your time to the community. I guess we both feel that helping out with this web site qualifies.
