Conspiracy Theory

Give it up, already. Why don't the conspiracy theorists in this community devote their time to finding out about the aliens in Area 51, or the whereabouts of the CIA people on the grassy knoll, or a million other conspiracy theories? The vast majority of people live here because they like it here. Get a hobby.

The HOA is our company.

We understand that this HOA is our company. We want to know about our company. Who is running it, who is getting the 1.3 million dollars and we want legal ellections.

Rusty, maybe your OK with people giving all the 1.3 million contracts to friends without a bidding contract. But I don't like it. That is NOT how a business is run.

Neighbors on boths sides of the fence, do you want to know... Does the CCHOA have Directors & Officers Insurance?

If we do have this insurance, why aren't we using it?
