Hello Lisa, Thank you for sending me a copy of the bankruptcy documents.
In between trials and hearings I am hoping to pull your whole file and
review it with the prosecutor. I would like to do this during this
month of November. As soon as I have this meeting I will contact you

I just wanted to let you know that this case is not only important to me but also to the more than 7,000 homeowners who live in Circle C. There are more than 3,000 homes in Circle C and new houses are still being built.

We have been ripped off by Gary Bradley and the Directors of the Board for more than ten years. We are all eagerly waiting for justice to be served.

Please refrain from speaking on behalf of all of the homeowners. All of the homeowners do not feel we are/or have been ripped off.

What?

Are you saying that all homeowners believe they have NOT been ripped off or that not all homeowners believe they HAVE been ripped off? And how would one know whether you were a homeowner in the first place? You post anonymously.......I'm not going to rant and rave about being ripped off, but I do have to say that the information that has been passed around on this board certainly makes me wonder whether or not something is rotten in Denmark.
