SWIM MOM'S
You still don't get it! There is nothing wrong w/ a child belonging to any team, swim, hockey, football whatever. The point which all of you swim folks don't get it this:
WE WANT OUR POOL BACK FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE RESIDENTS. THE MAJORITY OF THE SWIM TEAM THAT HOGS THE POOL ARE NOT! Even if they were, there are more of us then YOU!
Go to the YMCA and take your team with you!

Swimming Team & our POOL
Mr. Hodes,
I believe the swimming team has paid its fair share. But, 95% of the amount paid by the swimming team was pocketed by Gary Bradley's Phoenix Holdings, Inc.
Please visit my Web site at http://www.BeatGreedyBoard.com and read Item #1, a ''donated'' pool report for detail.
I personally would not blame on the swimming team for using so much of our swimming pool. I would blame on the Board for letting Gary Bradley using OUR pool as a money making machine.

Different strokes
There is nothing wrong with any kids engaged in any sports.
The issues isn't kids or swim teams, the issue is using CCHOA funds to support a Slip-N-Slide that was passed off as a community pool.
CCHOA picked up Gary Bradely's financial burden (again and again) and the pool is the most obvious of his failures.
This pool serves the swim teams best and they should buy it out right and rent it back to CCHOA. Not the other way around.
CCR needs more pools -real, fun, modern swimming pools, not lap lanes and birdbath for toddlers.
After the BOD doubles our assessments next year, they will be looking high and low for places to spend all the extra cash. If we don't do something soon, they will be buying political favors instead of community facilities.

TOP 10 REASONS....
The large majority of the people that don't want the team at our community pool, feel the swimming team has NOT paid its fair share.
Top ten reasons that this is a ''sweet deal'' for the CC swimming, Bradley trust, while it's NOT a good deal for the majority of residents:
10. Pay a fraction of the Pool costs.
9. Get the majority of the Pool to use.
8. Close down the pool when you want, for events.
7. Get FREE advertising in the newsletters and webpage.
6. NOT offer any discounts to residents.
5. Get to use the Brand (logo and name) of the community to make more money, thanks to the BOD.
4. Have a severe minority of residents in the program, while:
3. Put up ugly poles, that the majority of residents hate. And, many have complained for years about.
2. Get to have the BOD political favors on your side, while the BOD ignores residents comments, emails and concerns.
1. Has the BOD give away the sweetheart deals, then hide the contracts and bills, so residents can't find out what the swim team really pays.
