Dear CCHOA BOD,
I called Pendernales Electric today to find out how much the CCHOA has spent for electric at 5919 LaCrosse. The amount for the year 2002, that the CCHOA (members) paid for this address was $22,263.00. I believe the pool electricity was included in this amount. Why would the members pay electric for the two suites of 5919 Lacrosse since we don't receive any rent for the space?
How can this 10 year contract with Phoenix Holdings (BOD Steve Bartlett as registered agent) be in the homeowners best interest when Bartlett's company only pays $100.00 a month with all utilities included. This is our property, but Steve Bartlett's company gets to charge Circle C Landscape and Full Circle Management for rent and keep the money. Why is it taking more than two weeks to get me or my neighbors to get copies of the contract? Are you altering the original?
This is self dealing.
2002: CCHOA funds paid for 5919 La Crosse
Taxes - $1,263
Phone - $1,623.75 ($135.31 x 12)
Water Bill - $6,233.00 (includes pool)
Electricity - $22,263.00 (includes pool)
TOTAL paid by members: $2,886.75 PLUS electric & water. AND WE DON'T GET TO CHARGE CC Landscape and Full Circle Management.
2002: what Bartlett paid CCHOA for 5919 La Crosse (a 10 year contract)
TOTAL paid to us by Bartlett: $1,200.00 AND he gets to keep what ever he charges Circle C Landscape and Full Circle Management.
When I was speaking with the electric company this morning they also told me about another location we (the CCHOA) pay for. The location is 10601 Natick lane, which is a Newark Homes model home. Why would the members of the CCHOA be expected to pay for Newark Homes electricity?
I await your reply,
Sal Costello
