Dear Anonymous,
What do you mean that Denise was right?
BOD didn't give back our property back to the Developer, Phoenix Holdings; the property of 5919 La Crosse Ave. (swimming pool facility, two offices and Circle C Cafe & Catering) IS still ours. We paid ALL the expenses and they (the Developer & the Board members) got all the usage for FREE!

Correction of the above
I shouldn't say that they got the usage of the property for FREE; I should say that they got to use the property ALMOST FREE.
Gary Bradley owns a swimming team and used our swimming pool (part of 5919 La Crosse Ave) as a money making machine making around 300K last year. We only received $10,100 from him but we paid 6 figure expenses.
