this thread is a perfect illustration of this site and what it has become. i agree with your opinion, feel the pool is a valuable asset, and cant belive the wackos that dominate this discussion.
Contact the AG? Lisa S whoever you are get a life. Who has an email address like ''beatgreedyboard''? you think maybe you need a hobby? In the most constructive way i can put this, your never ending rants/posts, well, make you look obsessed (at a bare minimum).
When realtors show houses in this subdivision, they always point out the pool, the grill, and the rest of the amenities. this is very important to our neighborhood and our home values. the HOA was always going to end up with the pool, which was always a center piece of the neighborhood. i have never had a problem using the pool at any time. get rid of the pool? lets see, we'll what walk to Dick Nichols park to swim in the summer?
