Anonymous - please go far away
Although the actions of Mr. Dow or those that directed him were unethical, the title of you post was the response of an ill behaved child that does impedes progress on solving the problems of our community. If you cannot be civil, please be quiet. You will convince open minded people seeking information that none can be found on this web site. You owe Mr. Dow an appology. Do you have the integrity to offer it?

Civility Required
Mr. Dow lost much credibility when he was caught on video removing signs from the median, and then aggressively confronting the cameraman. However, Ed you are correct, ?“personal?” attacks are unprofessional and regardless of how someone else acts towards you or others, there is no room for this.
The sun is rising on a new day in CC. Get your sunglasses out and enjoy what is to come.

The petition that was signed by more than 10% of our community to call a special meeting, included the words needed to only allow members to run for board positions. Bill Gammon, through mediation, fought for and won the special meeting that the petition signers asked for, including the words needed (the amendment) to only allow members to run for board positions. The board decided on their own, to alter those words and not include the restriction of who can be on the board. That was one of many breaches of the mediation.
FYI: On the circlecranch.com website, the Feb. newsletter is posted revealing a committee chair position that was just given to a nonmember. A portion of it reads:
STEERING COMMITTEE REPORT?…?….
The CCHOA Board of Directors and the Steering Committee would like to thank Toni Guckert for her years of service as the Recreational Committee Chair. Two co chairs have been named to the Recreational Committee this year. They are Cindy Groves and Mary Schaffrath.
-------------------
Mary Schaffrath is the wife of Jim Schaffrath. The Schaffrath's don't own a home here in Circle C, but are strong swim team supporters, as is Cindy Groves.
NOTE: The majority of people that responded to the pool survey last summer said the swim team should go.
Why were these 2 chosen for the recreational/pool committee?
