Who's getting rich on twice a week trash pick up. I have a wife, two kids, (7 & 3) and a dog. I don't need twice a week pickup. It might be useful for people who forget to put out their trash out. Could we cut our trash bill in half if the dummys got to the curb in time. Somebody told me our trash should be free anyway since with live in town.

You can save your garbage disposal expenses if you are willing to haul your own trash to the landfill.

You can even make some extra bucks if you are willing to haul my trash and your neighbors?’ trash to the landfill as well.

Are you unhappy that I have the intention to report Gary Bradley?’s suspicious ?“nonprofit?” business to the authorities?

In this country everyone should pay a fair share of taxes; that is the price we all have to pay for living in a civilized country. When someone else cheats on the taxes, you and I have to pay more to make up the shortfall.

Gary Bradley is more than a tax cheater (read my previous posts regarding the Capital Gain Tax Evasion and Income Tax Evasion), he even used our tax dollars to build his empire ?– Circle C. That is the fact!

We Have the Reason to be Angry!


Mr. Robb:

Why are you so unhappy that I intended to report this ?“nonprofit?” organization to the authorities?

Circle C Homeowners have the reason and the right to be angry with this so called ?“nonprofit?” child care center because CDC was subsidized by all of us - $1,000 each home indirectly through the builders. Maybe you don?’t realize that Circle C homeowners have been victimized or being fooled by our greedy Developer, Gary Bradley.

(1) We had paid $1,000 more than we should when we purchased our home.
(2) CDC is one of the most expensive child care centers in South Austin, but we were being misled that it was 40% cheaper than the for-profit child care centers.
(3) As a taxpayer, I do feel being cheated when this profitable business claimed as nonprofit.

Now you should be happy with your trash services, at least you have not been overcharged!
