I was disapointed this afternoon as I walked by the home our President, Jim O.
His lawn looked awful. Full of weeds and certainly looked like the most poorly kept lawn that I have seen in my area of Circle C. I could understand maybe if it was a little brown (which is wasnt) since the rains only just arrived but I think as our PRESIDENT he should show more pride of ownership then this. Maybe the Circle C police should drive by his home and suggest improvements as they have done in the past for us regular homeowners.

Susan Hoover doesn't care
The only mail I have gotten from Susan Hoover about my lawn was that it was too brown. Apparently she doesn't care about weeds as long as they are green.

Our Deeds Restriction
When I moved into this Circle C subdivision in 1995, there were security guards driving around of our neighborhood and there were Association personnel monitoring our front yards to enforce the deed restrictions. Now all these services are gone even though more houses are built and more association fees are collected.
Circle C HoA now depends on us, the homeowners, to watch and report each other if there is anyone has violated the deed restrictions. BOD surely knows how to save the resources for their own sake!
Jim O?’Reilly is our President. Who would dare to report on him? Even we do, do you think the Board would enforce the deed restrictions on one of their own?
Let me give you another example. The common area (median) at the Edwardson Cove was constructed by Gary Bradley, the king of the Circle C Ranch. I have complained about the 20?” long weeds on this piece of raw land for almost eight, long years to the Board. So what? Almost all my complaints fell on deaf ears!
On July 17, 2003 I sent Mr. Bradley an ultimatum. Guess what? Mr. Bradley asked his cousin and his human shield, Brad Beutel to return me a letter. Please read the letters below.

Ultimatum to Gary Bradley

Attn: Gary Bradley, the President

Dear Mr. Bradley,
Attached is a copy of the letter which was sent to you several times during the last couple months. I did not receive any responses to my letters.
After more than eight years of living with this piece of messy, weedy raw land, I truly have had enough with it. My demand to you is pure and simple. I want you to finish the construction of this piece of common area at the center of Edwardson Cove by installing the sprinkler system and ground cover of Asian Jasmines which was supposed to be completed in 1995. If you fail to do so or if I don?’t hear from you by the end of this month, I will have no choice but to take this matter to a court of law.
Sincerely,
Lisa Sun
