We had Monitronics and had problems with their equipment.  We have had the GE system for about 2-3 years.  Nice system.  No Problems.  And they replaced all the Monitronics equipment with free GE equipment and added more securitry to our garage door with remotes - etc.  I am sure the salesperson is going to be aggressive trying to win your business.  Thats how he makes a living. He had a proper GE ID badge.  I work for GE so of course,  I was interested in speaking to the gentleman about the product.  There probably are con-artists out there.  Check their ID.  If they don't have one.  Dont do business with them.

Similar to how banks transfer money this signal is impossible to block or get around. For these reasons is why we are knocking and offering our advertising promotion. I personally have talked to a large part of your community as well as Matt King. We have 50+ homes within all 3 neighborhoods protected. These customers received free equipment by keeping out our sign in front and signing a monitoring agreement. We do not tell price on the door much. Sorry. It can vary from home to home and some people may not qualify. I have personally put in 30+ systems within the last month and i love your neighborhood and most of the people that i have spoken with. I want to continue to improve your security in your neighborhood. I plan on doing fliers in your neighborhood to reach people that i could not contact while knocking. Our security is interactive with your blackberry or iphone(we have an app!) and your computer. Our system from GE and our state of the art monitoring centers are on the cutting edge. We can intercom the inside of your home! Most of you guys are content with your services now...Hawk, Monitronics, Brinks, ADT etc. These companies do not plan on giving you this equipment at no cost. Pinnacle is NOT a dealer. We are an alarm company similar to Brinks, however we have a contract with GE and alarm.com therefore we have the newest state of the art equipment they offer today and it is contracted for our company and very few sister dealers of Pinnacle. Matt and myself are fingerprinted/lifescanned and have state and local door to door licenses. Our techs are certified to install as well. Now plain and simple...we offer a massive upgrade to your existing equipment at no cost and most cases no installation. There is a monitoring agreement for 3 years (just like ADT, Brinks, Monitronics..etc) Our prices are similar for monitoring as well.
