Are the roads and signs in Turtle Cove maintained by the county or TCPOA?  There are a number of missing and incorrect street signs.

 - Cardinal Drive sign missing at Turtle Cove Parkway
 - Chickadee signs misspelled "Chick-A-Dee"
 - Whippoorwill signs misspelled "Whip-Poor-Will"

These misspellings are starting to appear in real estate listings and Tax records.  People just read the signs and assume they are correct.

(I know that whippoorwill can be spelled with hyphens, but with the capitals it looks like some poor guy named Will is getting whipped!  Wink)

I saw that the Cardinal street sign was replaced.  Then, the very next day, it was gone again.  I looked on the ground around the sign post and the sign was nowhere to be found.  So, it's not like the sign just fell down.  We apparently have a vandal on our hands.

I put an extra nut and bolt on our street sign and stop sign and wrenched it tight about two years ago and it has stayed in place. it was very easy to correct this problem.
