public information
Has anyone ever checked with the mayor on this ? All we have is a one sided story that people are making desicions on. That would seem very unfair and also very irresponcible. Has anyone ask a Officer of the Law what the meaning of '' f.r.a. non compliance'' suspension meant ? This is what was stated from the state trooper video that was on the news.
I did!
It does not mean that a ticket was unpaid it means that a Court Order was broken. That could be a child support issue or as simple as he did not have insurance when he paid his ticket to Valleyview.
I find it very hard to believe that no one has went to your mayors office and asked for a copy of the man who was arrested file. It is PUBLIC INFORMATION.
His name was either Kevin or Ken Turner.
I am sure your clerk will know his name.

Great Job Carol Luper
What decisions are being made? Other than Ms. White claiming that she is being proven right I stated that it will be in a court of law and then judgement made.
THE BIG ISSUE HERE is not whether the gentleman paid his fine or not, the lawsuit is claiming that Valleyview does not have valid ordinances to allow the Police to be writing tickets. If that is true (and I do not believe that it is true because I voted to approve the ordinances while serving on Council in 2005) it would effect anyone who has ever gotten a ticket in Valleyview.
It was a VERY ONE SIDED news story. The Mayor was ambushed by Carol Luper. How would she know that the Village was being served the papers for the lawsuit at the exact moment that it was without someone telling her? She would not know and I suspect that the lawyer for the man told her so that she would have a story and he could get more clients for a class action suit against the Village if his claims are found to be true about the Village not being able to write tickets.
Carol Luper started asking questions as soon as the papers were handed to the Mayor about items in the lawsuit. She had to have seen it before the Mayor to be able to ask the questions.
It looks to me like a case of making the news and not reporting on the news.

Not In This Discussion
So talk about that under that discussion. That is Valleyviewres opinion. You want to use someone else's opinion as proof for your own opinions.
I want honest officers and mayor. Again, the Council has to take action and they have to be doing their jobs to make sure that the officers hired will be good representatives of the Village. The voters have to make sure that the person the vote for Mayor will represent them and the Village as well. Residents need to talk to their Council people and ask them questions.
Ms. White, you illegally ordered work to be done on the behalf of the Village which was misappropration of funds while ON COUNCIL. That is all I have stated, I never called you a thief. You also illegally voted for your son for a seat on Council which is a violation of the ethics laws of the State of Ohio. You and Taft have that in common, but since he was the governor and you a lowly Village Council member the Ethics Commission decided to go after the big fish and once again you escaped.
Ask Russolillo what the fuss was about.
I do not believe that they were false charges. I believe that you disrupted a public meeting and the judge dismissed the charges. That does not make them false charges. In my opinion the Judge made a mistake, but that is my opinion. Had he seen tape from the meeting he might have had a different opinion on the charges.

Once Again !!!
Mr. Parrish,
Once again you are a liar. You didn't bother to check the facts. There was no meeting at 4 in the afternoon.
No one was present except Russolillo, Consolo and another officer.
It was not a meeting. I was telling them to lay off Michelle who worked at Dairy Mart. Consolo was harrassing her.
This is another example of how you try to make me look bad by changing the facts.
