Good afternoon Mount Airy HOA Presidents and Officers,
The Town of Mount Airy would appreciate if you can help us to spread this important notice to your Neighborhood Community. As there seems to be an increase in door-to-door solicitation, we would like to send a reminder to all that any solicitor requires a permit issued by the Town. The Town has not given out any permits. Exemptions are the fire department and civic clubs such as scouting. If you are approached, please try to note the name of the company and their contact information. Call the State Police at (410) 386-4000 for an immediate response or email Mayor Patrick Rockinberg at prockinberg@gmail.com to report the company. Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., please feel free to call Town Hall at (301) 829-1424.
