The Permissive tax can only be used for streets. You have it separate. What are you using it for?

Answer

The Permissive Tax fund is used for the maintenance and repair of the Streets of the Village of Valleyview.

As you stated, The Permissive Tax Fund can only be used on the streets of the Village that is what the funds are being used for.

Not Quite Right

The Permissive Tax can only be used for Hague Avenue or Valleyview Drive.

Ask Russolillo. You would see it in the minutes of a meeting, when asked to use the money for a catch basin.

Use cannot use it stated as a Permissive tax.
