What Attack?

I did not attack you Ms. White. I can respect an opinion but you were providing false information in your posting that needed to be corrected. I am sorry that you feel correcting the misinformation that you were providing is an attack.

''What guardrail are you talking about? The ones at the two bridges are the county. There are on throughfares.
If you are talking about the one at the carwash as being 1/2 the Villages, why not file an insurance claim for it's half? The new insurance DOES cover all property. Does it not?''
The guardrail is at the carwash. Half is the responsibility of Columbus and half is the Village's responsibility. The Village is not filing an insurance claim because the insurance policy does not cover guardrails. The money will come from the streets fund.

Becuase there are three government entities involved. Franklin County was ready to fix the guardrail, but Columbus had to agree to allow them to fix it because the height of the guardrail had to be brought up to code and half of it could not be reparied without the other half. It does take time to get all of the parties involved to agree. If it had been all of the Village's responsibility it would have been taken care a while ago.

I would confirm your sources before you speak. As to Mr. Johnson's friends, you would have to ask him.
