According to a neighbor, SBB permits maintenance items to left within public view of the street. So I guess that means we can all leave our lawn mowers, edgers, water hoses, mulch, rakes, shovels, soakers hoses, fertilizers, push lawn mowers, potts, weed and feed, bug killer, edging, and edging stones.
All are used to beautify our lawns.
Seems items left in our yards that do not beautify our yard, are okay; but when some of us want to put border stones we get a letter.
What is up with that? It seems like you get a letter for making your property nicer; and they overlook anyone doing otherwise.
