Per the developer from what I have heard he is rasing our dues because of the energy costs increase. In my opinion a sharper look at the books and our management companies operations would be prudent. Just to make we are being as cost effective as possible.

If the HOA is a nonprofit, aren't the books suppose to be open to the homeowners? If so, why aren't they?

Will any of the dues current or the increase be used to fund the court case involving James W Smith?
