Thank you to everyone who came to meet the neighbors yesterday afternoon. It was great to see how much everyone is interested in keeping the neighborhood a good place to live.

As we suspected, some of the issues we face are not limited to one part of the neighborhood but are being experinced in one form or another by many. There were also some issues identified that we had not considered and solutions for those will be looked into.

Some of the next steps will include updating the main page of this website with contacts for specific issues, i.e. abandoned vehicles. we will also contact the Sherrif's department to coordinate a meeting to start a block watch.

While three households initiated this effort, one of our goals was to reach out to other people who want to get involved in making the neighborhood a better place. We look forward to accomplishing our goals with the active participation of all who have expressed interest. While we took the inititive to get the ball rolling, it will take more than just three houses to be successful.

We just wanted to say THANK YOU to the neighbors who planned the ?“Meet and Greet?”. Many times we thought about setting something up but never put our words into action. The refreshments, the handouts, the flyers, the website, the research, the road blocks, etc. took time and commitment and we commend all of you for it. It was nice to put a name to some of the people we have been waiving to for the last 3 years. We look forward to more participation in keeping out neighborhood clean and safe!
