Noticed that yesterday (Thursday), Smokey's Barbeque had a backhoe digging a hole in the parking lot, not too far from the east wall of the building. Today, whatever they were going to bury has been installed and there's couple of plastic pipes sticking up above the ground. At the present time, what was buried or it's purpose is totally unknown.

Without knowing for sure I would guess it is a required grease pit. I remember when The Trellis Rose had to have one installed it was about the size of a VW. So I must note that this answer is not fact.
