*Be aware of your surroundings. Don't go to your vehicle until you know that you are safe.
* Park in a well-lit area
*Don't talk on a cell phone when walking to and from your vehicle.
*Remember to lock your vehicle
*Don't leave valuables in your vehicle and keep electronics, gifts, and other "threft attractors" out of sight.
