Waterside I Homeowners Association is a condominium community located just south of Belmar in Lakewood, Colorado.

Waterside I consists of 144 condominiums in 11 buildings.

Monthly maintenance fees are $150.00 per home, and the monthly fees include complete exterior maintenance, building hazard insurance, landscape care, snow removal, trash removal, water and sewer fees.

Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the third Wednesday of every month. 
 
Waterside I is professionally managed by Colorado Association Services, Inc. at the direction of the Board of Directors elected by the members of the Association. The Board of Directors consists of five (5) homeowners who proudly serve the Association.
