Threatening you with "consequences". Where in the world does a City Council
member get the right to threaten a neighborhood group who exercised their constitutional right that to free speech and the freedom to organize? Now you know what it is like to live in a city where you disagree with the council. To think that Hank is bold enough to put this into a public paper is indicative of the arrogance and sense of superiority this council has adopted. I do not have access to the Window; but I suggest you keep this for your records at the appeal hearing and use it to sign petitions; in your fliers, and everywhere you can make it public. I am with whoever it was who suggested that you send it to the sec. of state, perhaps the attorney general, all state representatives, all national representatives, and the governor. This type of behavior cannot be tolerated. There is no humor in this statement.
