Splitting More Hairs?

Do you ever wonder why the ceremonial "breaking of ground" signifies the start of construction on new buildings? There is a reason. Do you know what it is? I will give you a hint. It is because a builder has plans in hand and is beginning to build. Get it? That is construction.

Are you trying to say that work on the ground that will support the jail and not on the actual bricks that will form the jail means that construction has not begun? That is exactly the type of craftiness that I have grown to expect from Broomfield officials. Thank you again for proving one of my previous points.

It may be splitting hairs to you, but it's not to me. You made the statement that despite what Broomfield tells people in your area, the jail is already under construction. That is a false statement. What I am challenging is your constant nefarious attacks on Broomfield's credibility. Get it.
The way you reach conclusions is disturbing. You conjure up thoughts that have no relevance in fact; you proceed to state how terrible the things are that you conjured up; and then you attach what you have conjured up to others and say how bad they are.
As far as the city/county matter is concerned, the burden of proof is on you and CVELG, not Broomfield. CVELG is the group bringing this unwarranted attack. CVELG is the group who must justify it's highly questionable actions. CVELG must show others that its reason for being is not pure pettiness. CVELG must convince others that what it is doing is not related to the jail. No matter how hard CVELG tries, I don't believe that CVELG will ever be able to disassociate itself from the jail. It's why you formed. It's why you exist. It's the basis for your vindictiveness. All the other things you raise are nothing more than a smoke screen.
