We've seen our 12-15 year old fences gradually blown down, rotted out, damaged, etc. and must remind everyone of the reasons to replace your downed/damaged fence...especially that portion which is visible to the passing public. The bottom line is HOME VALUATION. As one example, folks driving along Porter Street past Woodlake Estates get their first impression from the overall state of repair of our fences and the narrow strip of commons there. In home-pricing, the returns will be higher if we come across as a community with a desire to look well-groomed and maintained. Thanks to all who have been quick to repair/replace and those who still stand out in the crowd, please help us help ourselves by complying to the published Covenants and Bylaws. Anyone in need of good references can contact the Board, and anyone with a good or bad experience is also encouraged to let us know! Thanks!
