I agree with you Jeff

Jeff,

this thread is a perfect illustration of this site and what it has become. i agree with your opinion, feel the pool is a valuable asset, and cant belive the wackos that dominate this discussion.

Contact the AG? Lisa S whoever you are get a life. Who has an email address like ''beatgreedyboard''? you think maybe you need a hobby? In the most constructive way i can put this, your never ending rants/posts, well, make you look obsessed (at a bare minimum).

When realtors show houses in this subdivision, they always point out the pool, the grill, and the rest of the amenities. this is very important to our neighborhood and our home values. the HOA was always going to end up with the pool, which was always a center piece of the neighborhood. i have never had a problem using the pool at any time. get rid of the pool? lets see, we'll what walk to Dick Nichols park to swim in the summer?

How to Solve This Problem

Wally,

When did I ever mention AG in my posts? Can you tell the difference between AG (Attorney General) and DA (District Attorney)?

I can understand the frustration of most of the homeowners especially since they pay more than 1/4 million dollars for the swim center maintenance but are not be able to use the whole pool for recreation.

I can also understand the frustration of the swimming team members for paying their fair market fees of joining the Longhorn Aquatics but being so unwelcome by all the other homeowners.

Here is the root of the problem: GREEDINESS by the Developer and the Board

(1) The Developer transferred the pool to the homeowners to let us maintain the pool.
(2) The Developer and the Board bring in the swimming team to line up their own pockets.

How to solve this problem:

Replace the old, rotten board members with the new ones. Therefore, we must kick Ken Rigsbee off the Board in our next election. LET US GET RID OF KEN RIGSBEE NEXT MONTH!!!

Lisa

King and Queen of Circle C

For too long Ken Rigsbee and Susan Hoover have considered themselves the King and Queen of Circle C with Jim O'Reilly filling the role of court jester and composer of ''The Circle C Song''. Of course, they were only figureheads; Gary Bradley had all the power. Bradley's gone. Now its time for his puppets to go too. While we're at it, let's run Bill Gammon out too. He's worse than Rigsbee, Hoover and O'Reilly put together. Those three are just buffoons. Gammon is morally reprehensible.
