I think Susan is doing a mighty fine job under the circumstances. How do I know that Tony G. is not in bed with Sal and all you other negative homeowners?

Native Plants & Trees

These non-native plants and trees that all of us like to plant are NOT good for our area. They generally are water suckers, don't withstand the harsh winter/summer times. They do NOTHING to feed and shelter our poor wildlife. I realize that most people are concerned about their own realities but we built our homes on THEIR LAND, and now we need to start replanting with natives to feed them. I was walking down the street the other day and a hummingbird dropped down right in front of me. I took it to the bird hospital and the reason was lack of nectar. It died. NOT ONLY Feeder?’s, but native plants for our butterflies, birds, small animals. Also, we need to STOP spraying our lawns to green them with chemicals. Go to the Natural Gardner and learn. We are not leaving in California or England!

I never met Tony G. (via computer, phone, in person or any other way). The post today was the first time I ever heard of this person.

It's simple, many people are not happy with how things are looking around here. Many people are put off by lies, secrets and the many promises of our BOD. Ask the people in Circle C North who have been promised a pocket park for as many years as there has been a CC North. By the way, what do you mean by ''under the circumstances''?

How can you be OK with how Susan Hoover has wormed her way into the majority of our 1.3 million dollar budget, without the proper experience? Are you related, or are you friends with her or the BOD? Or do you just prefer to ignore what is improper?

The only people in bed with anyone is the Landscape company (Susan Hoover), the developer (Gary Bradley) and our BOD. The BOD gives away our contracts to friends and associates of the developer. Period.

How can anyone be ''in bed'' with me when I'm not, nor ever will be, in control of your money? I have made the promise many times NOT to run for any BOD position, my role is to be vocal about this developer friendly BOD that ignores the needs of the average homeowner over the developer.

This HOA is our company. The contracts should not be given to non-experienced freinds/asscociates without sealed bids. Period.

I'm not evil, nor do I have a diabolical surprise plan to control Circle C (or the world).

I only demand that we have no secrets in our company. That we hire qualified professionals that have gone through a sealed bidding process like the rest of the organizations or companies in our country.
