If You See It, Report It.

Great people talk about ideas,

average people talk about things,

and small people talk about other

people.

Sal, You might want to take up your complaints regarding the original landscaping here with Carey Cornelius. I believe that he did the work out at Rob Roy as well. A tremendous man, gregarious and quite personable. At least he was the last time I spoke with him.

I WAS VP of my old HOA, and YES, all native but NOT here in Texas as this is the ONLY sub division I have live in and always question WHY I live in Circle C! I certainly have no interest or time to look at all the subdivisions in Austin.

We could start something really great?…don?’t you think?

HERE'S AN IDEA for you.

Here's an idea:

We need a budget committee. We need to bid out every service we have, we need experienced professionals to competitively bid on our services (a sealed bid process).
Do Your Part, that's all!

I copied this directly from the real Circle C Web site so if you are indeed seeing this happen then PLEASE DO WHAT IS BEING ASKED.

You might want to ''watch'' the Circle C web site and read the things the board has written and has posted. You don't even have to be on the email list to get the newsletter...all you have to do is go to Circlecranch.com and under homeowners information look at the newsletter.

This was under the Landscaping part of the last newsletter in June 2003. Here is the part that relates to watering and schedules....

''The Commons areas of the Circle C Homeowners Association are under a mandatory water conservation ordinance. No watering by irrigation systems is allowed between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If any one sees any irrigation area watering during this time, please contact the Information Center at 288-6086. A controller is off time, or a valve is stuck if this occurs. None of our systems are set to water during this time.

We will also be placing the irrigation flags at the postal centers in order for residents to mark broken heads. We would also advise that all residents of Circle C adhere to the recommended watering hours. Watering between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. causes you to waste about 25% of your water, according to City statistics.
