HE ASSURES ME THAT HE WILL PUT BELLA VISTA ON THE DO NOT DISTURB LIST! :) I GUESS WE WILL SEE ! I TOLD HIM IF IT WAS NOT REMIDIED, WE WOULD CALL CONTINUALLY ! Preying on non-working woman I believe these day-time solicitors like to find stay at home mom's or non-working women to prey on, thinking they are easy and can't so no to offers. Does anyone know if there are any laws to protect us from solicitors? We have signage posted. Ignorance is no excuse for the law I was always told. rich95 Respected Neighbor Hillsborough County, FL 65 Posts	You must not have heard about the break-ins in North-Dale where people where acting like solicitors and casing homes out and breaking in later. Besides I like to think that was one of the attractions to the community-being a no soliciting community, at least that factored into my decision to buy here. Why do they come around in the middle of the day when most are at work? Why do they come during supper hours when we are sitting down with are families to eat? Certainly all are not bad. Have you ever gone to the grocery store and they are outside the entrance soliciting while all you wanted to do is run in for your groceries? October 17th 2009 Report Reply
pstreicher Respected Neighbor Tampa, FL 354 Posts	Now it's the carpet shampooers knocking. Last week a guy knocked on our door. Who still has carpet these days anyway? Oops, we have carpet in the bedrooms but we rent the steam cleaner once a year from Publix and it does a great job and is easy to use. I sent this guy packing. Who's next to knock?
