the videocamrera thing just might work paul, great idea, everytime i say there is a sign indicating no soliciting, they say they r not breaking the law, blah blah, is this true?
I set up a couple of cameras finally with a pc recording 24 hours, any movement. It works great. I've noticed that I rarely have a solicitor now. I think this might be the trick to keeping them away from our doors. I do still get the door hanger cards though but this is okay. We have two little dogs and when the door bell is rung or someone bangs on the door they just go nuts. My day sleep is disturbed and I'm a cranky bastard for the rest of that day. If I get up in time and catch these people in the act I usually give them a piece of my mind.
It's Sunday tommorrow. I haven't seen any 'Watchtower' people lately. Uh, oh, now I know I can count on them knocking on my door. I used to open the door and just stand there and talk religion with them, agreeing with everything they say and then taking their 'Watchtower' newsletter before they would finally give up and leave. They would always want to come back and talk more with me but I told would tell them that I won't be available the next time and then shut my door. Hah. Stupid people, again.
