There is a bog difference between the townand private companies.
We are all forced to pay taxes to suport your job no matter what.
But we are not forced to shop at any particular store.
We can't choose what public school our kids go too or what cop shows up at our door when we need him, etc.
But if Home Depot is too expensive I go to Lowes or Sears!
You're comparing apples to oranges. By the way, I'm not one to ever say ''I pay your salary'' etc. Because I know most public employees work hard but I do expect some accountability from our elected leaders.
