What did the chairwomen say they would have do come with some ''creative financing''? She sure as hell will, because the town isn't. The school dept just came upon a windfall in getting funds from the 700k Kokoros came up with for capital improvements. What more do they want?

Budget

Just how much was budgeted for raises in the form of step-increases? Those raises were givens in the FY05 budget.
So the teachers had a guaranteed raise and now its proposed to increase? What is the point of a budget if you aren't going to stick to it?
