April 1st is the starting date for them. Of course their first priority will be to clean up the weeds in the common areas. |

I don't understand why the landscaping bill should be 200,000. a year to begin with. It seems high. Money is not going to be saved. Even if the lanscapers have to just spray weed killer has anyone seen how bad its gotten? You will find that whoever becomes the landscaper will want more than what was supposedly saved just for the cleanup. Has the contract been put out to bid? |

Hi We looking in this area last year and the grounds looked great. NOW WE ARE STARTING TO MOVE IN, THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A DUMP. iS THIS CASTLGATE, ABANDONED BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE ____. WE CALLED OUR REALITOR , DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING.
TELL ME NOW BEFORE WE MOVE, AND WE WILL LEAVE THIS HOOD. I DID NOT PAY TO LIVE IN A SLUM Yes, their contract was terminated in January. We could no longer afford them and chose to cut all landscaping for the winter to save approximatley 50-60 thousand dollars this year. We will be voting on a new contract this month with either Landmark (the previous company) or a new company. The plan is to have the landscape services back up and running in April. |
