Publics,  I dont care if my neighbors are Hispanic or any other nationality or race.  There has to be a city or county code about how many people can live in one house.

I know one rental house that looks like a Motel 6 with all those cars and people.

I do agree with you 100% that neighbors like that will affect YOUR home value.

This is OUR neighborhood,  it's up to US to make it the place we want to live !!

If the residents of the area act like they dont care - nobody else will either...

There is a code, it called "single family dwelling". Its what you pay your property taxes on.

Should be only (4) four car to a lot.

But these people (mexican) pay rent to an investor, who does not care as long as he get his rent. 

They can live 9 and 10 in a house in your neighborhood and save money, Lets say rent is $900a month,  each would pay a $100  to cover the rent.  Is that fair to you and your neighbor when your income has to cover the entire amount.(I don't think so)

I to do not mine if my neighbor are blue or green, black or yellow, or mexican, as long as they uphold the character of the neighborhood, and  mexican do not.

There is a way to stop the investor from this practice, it called the "convenant" that he/she agreed to when he/she purchased the property.

 If its not stoped  now every house that goes up from sale, will eventually have a mexican renting it.

If you are concerned about your neighborhood and want to keep it the way it has been, CANA need to get a group together to take a closer look at this problem .

It can be stopped with legal action on the convenant.

publics and rich63 have nailed it, we are being overwhelmed with illegals from Mexico, I suggest calling ICE, taking these investors to task, if you want a clean neighborhood it is up to the people who live  here,work here,retire here. I will not put up with anymore 6 cars in the front yard, cons. code violations,  loud music,we can take the slum lord law breakers to task and have a day in court. Let's not mention the diseases these  illegal people bring with them next door to you and where your children play, go to school with. CANA now must change with the times. Cana has said we will be the next Highpoint Terrace area of the future let's all get on board. Quit complaining and start acting!!!I'm sure some of you good people grew up here, had parents here.If you see something call the police, call code enforcement, heck call the health department!! Wake up CANA!!! NO we cannot bring back yester year but we look to the future  of well maintained yards,quiet law abiding citizens who share  values, not some invester who is horboring  illegals and breaking the covenant that we as home owners signed on to. Post the contact info if you wouldn't mind, of who to contact to report people in violation of covenant.  You can't just contact code enforcement for too many people in a residence can you?
