yes, any code violations should be sent to cana codes. as far as potters court goes, at this point it is not setup to handle vacant properties. this is something cana folks are looking into.

Post the contact info if you wouldn't mind, of who to contact to report people in violation of covenant. You can't just contact code enforcement for too many people in a residence can you? The info you request comes from your " protective covenant" you, or CANA would have to take the iniative to pursue a violation, or it could be done as a group of concerned neighbor. Using the convenant we can stop the invester from renting to 9 and 10 people in a house, also, make Colonial Acres a stronger and more desirable place to live. If you need further info let me know.

I have emailed cana codes before about a problem yard and I did not get a response. I would feel better if whomever is taking action on our behalf via cana codes emails could respond with a brief, "got it" or "will do"

CANA is a great organization, its good to have a place where the people can vent. But its time for CANA to become proactive, to protect the neighborhood.
