Neighborhood eyesores

Thanks

Thanks for letting us know you could care less about your property, your neighbors and you enjoy living like a slob in a sloppy house.

You must be proud!
clarification

Even if a satellite dish is towards the back of the house, you can still see them in many cases. How about those streets where you can look down between the houses if you are on Big Bear. I can see five or six houses down the street. I see their dishes. I see no problem with it. Also, my restrictions state nothing about landscaping around a satellite dish.

You stated toys were laying around. You did not clarify it was some of the people all of the time.

Going back to school is not going to help a disagreement that someone has. Is that what you tell your employer when you don't agree with him. I am sure that gets you far at work. I see why you worry about the value of your house going up. It's the only way for you to make money since you will obviously never get a raise the way you crab at your employer.
dish

No one ever said they satellite dish was going to be in a front yard. Property values are an issue without satellite dishes. There are a number of foreclosures in this neighborhood that have nothing to do with property values.

As for the people running our HOA, they are doing a fine job. If you think you can do a better job, then maybe you should show up at the meeting and run for trustee. Then we can see how visible you are and how much you appreciate being dumped on for no good reason.

If you want to know what is going on, give them a call. They would be more than happy to discuss any issue you have with them.
dogs

There is a dog noise nuisance law. Call the sheriff's dept. They will talk to your neighbor about their barking dogs.
