Kriewald Place

I have brought this up once before, and still have seen little done!!!!!!  The association wants all the homes owners current on there dues, maintain there yard, follow all the rules set forth.  However our out side fenceline is looking like crap.  I know your going to say that its the home owners responsibilty to maintain the fence  but what if each home owner decided to stain there fence with there choice of stain then what we have is a mess, The outside fence line should be maintain by the neighborhood assoc, so that it is uniformed and maintained properly.  yet you look at the fenceline along kriewald its in bad shape.  we pay dues to take care of our neighborhood. where is all the money going, i am sure it cannot be all going to lawn service or tag removal.  I do have some experience in being on the board and i also know the nighborhood where i came from it was the board that maintained the fenceline.  something needs to be done. if sivage homes still have control over the assoc. then they are still responsible for the fence untill the neighborhood is turned over to the assoc completely.  please explain this to me!!!!!!!

I agree the fence line along Kriewald road does look rough.  I suggested that this be placed as a work item in the budget for 2012.  

I wonder if we will have enough members at the March 1 meeting to vote on it!

well we all need to get involved or our neighborhood will look like shit and then so long to out investment.  its the responsibilty of the assoc to place this on the agenda to be voted on if they really want to have this taken care of i am sure many homeowners would agree.   FIX THE FENCE!!!

First and foremost.  The foul language will stop please.

Second, as Karen said, the fence has been put in the proposed budget.  If people do not show up, at the annual meeting, we are dead in the water.  As I said last year, it all depends on the finances.

Third, since the county recently accepted the back half of the neighborhood for shredding (drainage areas)  we have more money available to address these types of issues.

HOWEVER the new legislation ties our hands even more... and costs us even MORE money than we already spend in collection efforts.  But make no mistake, we will spend it.

That said SIR or MA'AM, notice there is no profanity in my post.  And I will once again extend the offer for you to actually volunteer to help improve our community, not just complain.  Sorry to be so brutal but I have never been good at the whole politically correct thing.
